What is the payment currency?
You can only pay in US dollars.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order. If you are a registered customer, you can also find the status of your order in your profile.

The statutory warranty period for the goods is 24 months.
Complaints will be resolved within 30 days of the date of application.

When can I receive my order?
Items usually ship within 1~2 business days after order and payment.
I bought the product and it doesn't fit. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are possible under certain circumstances. By law, private customers can opt out of the contract within 30 days of signing the purchase contract, e.g. by remote communication, through the Internet. However, the item must be in good condition, with no signs of use or wear, and in its original packaging. Goods must be sent to the following address: 645 Edgemoor Dr, Homewood, AL 35209. Please do not send items in cash on delivery, such items will not be accepted. Please notify us by email: [email protected] before shipping.
We also do not refund shipping costs if you return the entire order.
Where can I complain about a product?
First, please let us know by email: [email protected] and send us a properly filled complaint report (recall notification). And then we'll agree on how to proceed. If we agree to return the goods, the goods must be sent together with a copy of the invoice and a complaint report to the following address: 46753 Woodmint TerraceSterling, VA 20164.
